This charge reflects travelling time and administrative costs in setting up the job.

Additional Information
Rates per tradesperson.
The minimum time charged is £170 per tradesperson.
After the first two hours, we charge on the hourly (or part of) basis.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge to the booking will be applied.
Parking and Congestion Charge is charged at cost where applicable. Please ensure there is reasonable provision made for parking. If there are parking restrictions please provide parking permits.
Sourcing and shopping time for all requested materials and supplies will be added on top of the service price. One (1) hour shopping time is charged at £85. The cost of the purchased materials will be added to the final service price +30%.
Specialist subcontractors are charged at cost +25%.
Waste disposal, we don't offer rubbish removal but can refer other providers.
Rescheduling / Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us at least 48 hours (2 working days) notice to be acknowledged by us to avoid a late notice charge of £85.
Late cancellations or no show by tenant / client will be charged the £85 tradesperson.
